dealership. A Reward Year is the 365-day period following the date your Account was opened. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for Certificate to be issued and sent. Certificate will display an expiration date of 12 months after Certificate’s date of issuance. Not all Chrysler,
Jeep®, Dodge, Ram or FIAT® models are eligible, and FCA reserves the right to determine the vehicle model eligibility in its sole discretion at any time. Eligible vehicles must be delivered to the qualified purchaser or lessee prior to the expiration date
displayed on your Certificate. For current vehicle eligibility, you may also visit PromoDrivePlusCard.com. Please check website often as vehicle eligibility may change. In the event of conflict between vehicles listed on PromoDrivePlusCard.com and the
official program rules available at FCA dealerships, the official program rules shall govern.
Qualifying Credit Card Transactions are authorized, new purchases posted to your Account (which must be in good standing), excluding refunds, credits (for returned merchandise or otherwise) and disputed billing items. Qualifying Credit Card Transactions do
not include: (a) annual fees, finance charges and other fees or charges posted by us to your Account; (b) cash advances (including but not limited to purchases of money orders or other cash equivalents) or special check transactions; (c) balance transfers; (d)
charges for other products, services or benefits that we provide; or (e) other transactions that we determine not to be Qualifying Credit Card Transactions. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any transaction is a Qualifying Credit Card
Transaction.
Certificate will display the name of the owner of the Account and an expiration date and be sent to the address on the Account. Certificate is not transferrable, except to a member of the owner of the Account’s immediate family living in the primary household
of the person whose name appears on the Certificate. An immediate family member living in the primary household of the person whose name appears on a Certificate who wishes to redeem the Certificate will be required to provide, to the satisfaction of the
FCA dealership, valid proof of address matching the address printed on the Certificate. We have no responsibility for the redemption of Certificates. Please contact or visit your FCA dealership for official program rules and further offer eligibility, compatibility and
redemption details.
Only one Certificate per Account and per Customer can be earned during a Reward Year. Only one Certificate can be redeemed per vehicle purchased or leased. Only one Certificate per Account can be redeemed per Reward Year. A Certificate cannot be
apportioned among more than one vehicle purchase or lease, or be applied to any previous purchase or lease. Certificate is non-negotiable and has no cash value. The sale or barter of a Certificate is prohibited and will void the Certificate. Certificate is not
transferrable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or for any other reason except to a household member as outlined herein. No accommodation will be made for an unused, forfeited or expired Certificate. FCA US LLC reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to amend, change or modify the official program rules at any time.
Certificate may be subject to federal, state or local income tax. Determination and payment of any liability for federal, state or local income taxes regarding the earning or redemption of Certificate are your sole responsibility. Please consult your tax advisor
concerning any income or other tax consequences.
